Amit is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in business setup, accounts, audit, payroll, taxation, compliance, and strategic financial advisory.
Before founding Greenvissage Business Consulting (formerly Pronet Consulting), Amit spent more than three years with PwC, where he gained extensive exposure to international finance, regulatory compliance, and business consulting.
Since establishing Greenvissage in 2006, he has successfully partnered with overseas companies to help them establish, operate, and scale their businesses in India. His expertise spans company incorporation, financial reporting, statutory audit, direct and indirect taxation, payroll management, FEMA compliance, and outsourced finance functions.
Amit is known for combining technical excellence with practical business advice, helping international businesses confidently navigate India's regulatory landscape while building long-term financial stability.
Kethaan Parakh
Kethaan is the client-facing force behind Greenvissage's growth. With a background in corporate services and over a decade at Greenvissage, he has an instinctive grasp of what foreign businesses need to establish and sustain operations in India.
He has personally guided clients from more than a dozen countries through regulatory frameworks, company incorporation, financial planning, budgeting, taxation, accounting processes, and ongoing compliance requirements.
His ability to understand business objectives and translate them into practical financial and regulatory solutions has made him a trusted advisor to international companies entering the Indian market.
